I have the honour herewith to submit two
letters from the Haring Officers.
2. In support is attached list of bags sorted by last mail which arrived on the 10th instant, and similar lists for corresponding mails back to 1895
inclusive.
3. Going down thay have nothing to do, but coming
back 18 hours a day is too much end in the event of
mistakes occurring what can be said to a man who is
probably half dead with sleep.
4. Mr Lewis, the Assistant Postmaster General,
who came up in April list spoke to me not only about.
